Ms. Garfinkle founded Arboretum Ventures on the premise that innovation is key to delivering value in healthcare, a principle she developed over multiple decades of working in the medical device industry. Her investments focus on promising medical technologies that enable meaningful healthcare system savings while maintaining great clinical outcomes.

Dr. Adair has been an angel and venture capital investor for over 20 years and is a founding member of Solas BioVentures, which focuses on investing in biotech and medtech companies. Dr. Adair has been on the board and led investments for many cutting-edge and disruptive technologies that have had successful acquisition exits to the big strategics.

Michael Hoey, PhD, MBA
Michael Hoey, PhD, MBA
Mr. Hoey founded NxThera in 2008 to develop and commercialize urology applications of the vapor platform technology that he invented. Rezum, the initial use for benign prostatic hyperplasia, was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2018. Mr. Hoey then founded Francis Medical to develop the technology for prostate cancer.

Mr. Kujak has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare marketing and sales leadership across the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, and payer economics industries. For the past 20 years, he has led companies in the urology space, including AMS and NxThera (acquired by Boston Scientific), culminating with his role as President and Chief Executive Officer at Francis Medical.

André de Bruin
André de Bruin
Mr. de Bruin brings more than 35 years of global healthcare industry experience spanning the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and in-vitro diagnostics markets. He served as CEO of several companies prior to his retirement in 2004.
